Cora Bell Wellons Williams Ray
Mrs. Cora Bell Wellons Williams Ray of Smithfield, NC transitioned on Monday February 6, 2023 at the Clayton House Nursing Facility in Clayton, NC. Ms. Cora was born March 23, 1931 in Johnston County NC to the late Vander and Isabell Wellons.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Larry Devon Ray, one daughter, Dorothy D. Williams, four siblings, Vander Wellons Jr., Josephine Alford, Marilyn Phelps Barnes, and Lee Arthur Wellons.
Mrs. Cora Bell is survived by three daughters; Mary R. Hinton-Allen (Forrest), Barbara Patterson (Ira), Jessica Delbridge (Eric), two sons; Martin Williams (Betty), Erick Williams (Tiffany) and a number of grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Viewing:
Tuesday February 14, 2023 at the Walter Sanders Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
Funeral Services: Wednesday February 15, 2023 at 12:00 noon at the Walter Sanders Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel 302 S. Bright Leaf Blvd Smithfield, NC 27577.
