Edith Faye Allison-Boyer was born on April 03, 1955 in Granite City, IL to Cecil E. Allison and Ethel R. Hoffman both deceased. Edith was educated in Granite City, IL and later moved to Rockford, IL then returned to Granite City for a short while. Afterwards, Edith spent more time in Granite City she decided to relocate to Liberty, NC and eventually settled in Smithfield, NC as a homemaker.

Edith loved watching soap operas, classical movies and listening to old country music from artist like Randy Travis, Kenny Rogers and Elvis. Most of her days were spent with family and friends just being herself. She will be loved and missed dearly by those who knew her.

Edith, leaves to cherish her memories four children; Jeff Boyer (Crystal) of Birch Tree, MO; Angela Wright (John) of Thayer MO; Tonya Werner (Josh Turner) of Smithfield, NC; Christopher Boyer of Smithfield, NC; 8 grand-children and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services for Mrs. Edith F. Boyer will be held Friday March 3, 2017 at 6:00pm in the Walter Sanders Funeral Home Chapel 302 S. Bright Leaf Blvd. Smithfield, NC 27577.
