The Walter Sanders Funeral Home regrets to inform you of the transitioning of Mr. Charles Edward "Doola"Allen, age 61 of Smithfield, NC. Mr. Allen died at the Wilson Medical Center, Wilson NC Mon. April 27th. Mr. Allen is survived by his wife Carolyn Smith Allen of the home Smithfield; five children Charles Parker of Wilson NC, Karlee Dublin,Raquel Dublin,and Major Clark Jr.of Smithfield NC, and Tara(GG)Gullatt of Clayton NC; three brothers Matthew Allen and Lane Allen of Kenly NC, Randolph Allen of Philadelphia Pennsylvania; two sisters Doris Lancaster of Kenly, and Jean Allen of Philadelphia Pennsylvania.Three brothers proceeded him in death. Funeral Arrangements are pending at this time.
