Floyd Alphonso Watson was born January 16, 1961 to Johnny and Mildred Watson in Johnston County, NC. Floyd transitioned on Saturday April 22, 2017 at Johnston Medical Center, Smithfield.
Mr. Watson is survived by his Mother Mildred Watson of Selma, NC, three children; Eboni Watson Rouse (Jeremy) of Smithfield NC, Brittani Watson of Selma NC, Jamel Watson of Selma NC, five siblings; Gwendolyn Darleen Watson Chestnut (Alvin) of Fayetteville NC. Francine Graham (Will) of Florida, Ricky Watson (Sherri) and Lewis Watson (Angela) both reside in California, Michael Watson of Selma, NC., and a number of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Watson will be held Sat. April 29 at Wilson's Mills Baptist Church, 652 Swift Creek Rd Smithfield, NC. Viewing starts at 11:00 am followed immediately by funeral services at 12:00 noon.
