Mr. Ricky Decarus Sanders Sr.
Ricky D. Sanders, aged 65, passed away on May 4, 2024, at UNC Lenoir Health in Kinston, NC. Originally from Smithfield, NC, Mr. Sanders leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He was born on March 29, 1959, to Weston Willis Sanders Jr and Betsy Barfield Sanders both deceased.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Renetha Sanders.
Ricky is survived by his three children: Dr. Tamara T. Waraschinski, Ricky D. Sanders Jr., and Paris Omarion Marshall. He also leaves behind his wife, Barbara Sanders, and stepchildren: Jada Branch and Domonique Branch, siblings: Michael A. Sanders (Monica) and Vickie D. Sanders, and a host of other relatives and friends are mourning his loss.
