Mrs Patricia Ann Lucas Williams
Patricia Ann Lucas Williams was born August 21, 1945, in Wilson County NC, to the Late Jessie and Millie Barnes.God reached down and saw fit to take our precious flower to her heavenly home on Friday August 11, 2023, in Wilson NC.
She was affectionately known by friends and family that she lived her life on her own terms. She went to Springfield school in Lucama NC and after school moved to Newburgh, New York. Pat was joined in matrimony on July 13, 1968, to her husband Wilbert Williams. They were united in matrimony for 55 wonderful years. In her professional career, she was a seamstress and made custom drapes at Hostiles & Apex drapery in Maryland.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents Mille and Jesse Barnes, her sisters Bessie Pierce, Bettie Brunson, a brother Randolph Lucas, a mother-in-law Clara Jeffrey and sister-in-law Lula Diggs.
Pat will be missed by her husband, Wilbert Williams of Wilson NC, her son James Anthony Lucas of Wilson NC. one granddaughter Myeisha Lucas of Baltimore Maryland, two brothers in- laws Billie Brunson Sr. of Newburgh, NY; Elijah Williams of Baltimore Maryland, one sister in-law Dora Williams of Baltimore Maryland, three aunts Janie Purvis of Micro, NC, Roberta Respass of Selma NC, and Beulah Speight of Baltimore Maryland, she also leaves special family caregivers Martha Whitley and Dale Warren, one special friend Ella Cox and family, her little best friend and nephew Amari Stewart of Baltimore, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and co-workers.
Viewing/Funeral Service:
Sunday August 20, 2023 at Mincey Chapel FWB Church 401 N Gardner Ave., Kenly, NC viewing from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm with eulogistic services at 1:00 pm.

Message: To the husband ,Son and the Grand daughter and the rest of the family .Pat was a wonderful person to have known l met her and her family at the sweepstakes.The first time l met her me and her spirit connect. I started seeing her in the Nursing home she was in l rall enjoyed talking with her each and everytime l went to visit her she was always in a good spirit and l would tell her that everything was going to be okay , She never complained about her health. She was talking about her wonderful husband and son. My heart is heavy and l am truly going to miss that beautiful smile on her face .To the husband and son if you need me for anything l am here. My friend Pat l will always love and miss you for the short time we knew each other .
