Mrs. Susan Nero Ellis, age 75 transitioned from labor to reward on Monday February 27th at her residence in Selma, NC. She was predeceased by her husband, Mr. Ellis Ellis III, her parents William Nero Sr. and Jane Ellen Hall-Eury. Mrs. Ellis is survived by her children James A. Farmer, Byron L. Farmer, Fredrick A. Farmer,Jacqueline S. Farmer, Valerie D. Farmer, Vincient H. Farmer, Christopher D. Farmer, Charles Mervin McCullers Jr. and host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Ellis will be held Friday March 3, 2017 at First Missionary Baptist Church, 500 S. Polluck St Selma, NC. Viewing will be at 11:00 am followed immediately by Eulogistic Services at 12:00 noon.
