Carolyn Ann Smith born to Willie Lee Anderson Smith and Jerry Smith, Sr., on December 8, 1959 in Newark, New Jersey. She departed this life at the age of 55 on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at UNC Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. Carolyn is survived by her son, Anthony M. Smith and daughter Myeshia N. Smith (Stacey), two brothers, Jerry Smith, Jr., (Carol), Richard L. Smith, one sister Brenda Woodard and a host of other relatives and friends.

Arrangements for Ms. Carolyn Smith are scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015 at Walter Sanders Funeral Home Chapel, 302 S. Bright Leaf Blvd.,

Smithfield, NC at 2:00 pm. Viewing and Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
