Michael John McCarthy went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 12, 2016.

Michael is welcomed with open arms by his Grandfather, Mike Kimmerly, Cousin Angelo Ruiz and close friends, Jeremy "J Hood" Stallings, Randy Moye, Jack Wilson Paul Woodall, and Brandon McLeod .

Michael is survived by his Father, Michael Norman McCarthy of Smithfield, NC and his Mother, Melissa Lynn Rogers of Four Oaks, NC; Grandmother Alisia Ruiz of Kinston, NC; Sisters, Adrienne McLeod and Autumn Creech; one Brother, Corey McCarthy, nephews; Georgie, Ayden, Niece Aaliyah and Girlfriend, Carol Olcott. He also leaves to cherish his memory, his Son, Michael John McCarthy II a Daughter, Arianna Starr McCarthy and many other relatives and friends. He is loved and will greatly be missed by everyone.

Memorial services will be held Tues. Oct. 18, 2016 at the Walter Sanders Funeral Home from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

I lost my brother Randy Moye Jr
