Mary Magdalene Raspberry Brown age 82 of Kenly NC transitioned on Monday January 18, 2021 at UNC Johnston Health-Smithfield NC. Mrs. Brown was born June 18, 1938 in Johnston County NC and her parents were the late George and Sarah Raspberry.
Mrs. Mary was a member of the last graduating class of 1969, Richard B. Harrison High School, Selma, NC. She married Willie Brown and was married to him for 66 years. She worked at the Kenly Mfg Company for over 18 years.
She leaves to mourn her loss her husband of 66 years; Mr. Willie Brown, three sons; Leamon Brown (Patricia), Terry Van Brown, and Willie Raymond Brown (Minnie), six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

for Mrs. Brown will be held Friday January 22, 2021 at the Walter Sanders funeral & Cremation Service Chapel from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Private funeral services will be held for the family.
