Carmen was born in Santiago, Chile May 9, 1952 her parents were Raul Ramos and Leonor Salas both deceased.

She leaves to mourn her loss one daughter Franci Cineus, Son-in-law Charlaz Cineus, two grandchildren; Danielle Sorrentino, Emily Cineus, two great-grandchildren; Lillian-Rayne Phenix and Raelyn-Anders Phenix . Carmen also leaves three sisters; Sonia Kumm, Francesca Hivner, Donna Valle, one brother; Michael Salas, a host of other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Celebration “Rock On” is scheduled for Saturday June 30, 2018 at Dance Studio “B” 200 Nash St. SE Wilson, NC 5:00pm.
