Ms. Helen Joyce Davis age 70, born in Johnston County NC October 7, 1949. Her parents were James Arthur and Nicyana Davis. Helen passed away quietly at the SECU Hospice House Smithfield, NC on Wednesday January 29th.
Helen graduated from Wilson Mills High School in the late 60’s. Helen was the mother to one son Christopher A. Davis. She was also a nurse’s aide and enjoyed being in the nursing field being of assistance to others.
In addition, to her son Christopher Davis, Helen is survived by two sisters; Mamie Davis Stewart, Dorothy Boylan, one brother, Willie Davis a host of other relatives and friends.
Services for Ms. Davis are as follows, public viewing Thursday February 6, 2020 from 4:00pm – 6:00 pm at the Walter Sanders Funeral & Cremations Chapel, Funeral Services Friday February 7, 2020 at 1:00 pm in the Walter Sanders Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel 302 S. Bright Leaf Blvd., Smithfield, NC.
