Mr. James Melvin Archible
Mr. James Melvin Archible, age 90 of Smithfield, NC transitioned from labor to reward on November 25, 2023 at Smithfield Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation. Mr. Archible, the son of Nollie and Della Archible. He was born October 3, 1933 in Johnston County NC.
Mr. Archible was predeceased by his son Anthony Archible. He is survived by four children; LaVern A. Clark, Latonya A. Inyang, Yolander Archibald (Reggie) and Sonya Archibald, in addition Mr. Archible leaves to cherish his memories one sister Dorothy Sanders Eldridge a brother Moses Archible a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great - great grandchildren, nieces, nephews' cousins and friends.
The family is accepting family and friends from now through December 1, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at 1007 Fuller Street Smithfield, NC 27577.
Funeral Arrangements:
Viewing
Friday December 1, 2023 at Walter Sanders Funeral Home & Cremations Chapel 302 S Bright Leaf Blvd from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
Funeral Services:
Saturday December 2, 2023 Shiloh Christian Church 211 Durham St Smithfield, NC viewing from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm. Eulogistic service starting at 1:00 pm.
